FairEntry online system used for collecting required pre-entry information. Youth must be enrolled & approved members of Wyandotte County 4-H to enter 4-H Divisions.

Project ID forms

Completed non-market/breeding animal project ID forms, horse ID forms, and leased rabbit project forms are due to the 4-H office and/or 4-H agent by May 1st, annually

Stall Cards

Beef tag and weigh-in: Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 9:00 am.

Small Livestock Tag-in: May 2025
*swine, sheep, and goats

All tag-ins will take place at the WyCo Fairgrounds.

Youth For The Quality Care of Animals (YQCA Resources)

YQCA (Youth for the Quality Care of Animals)

All 4-H youth showing a livestock animal in the 4-H divisions at the Wyandotte county fair are required to complete the Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) certification each year.
YQCA certification must be completed and a copy of the certificate sent to the Wyandotte 4-H agent by June 15th, annually.
